RGA provides an avenue for master's students in the Jerry S. Rawls College of Business to discover and pursue opportunities outside of the classroom. We believe these opportunities enhance students' formal education through the development of relationships with peers, faculty, alumni and business professionals.

RGA strives to increase the value of students' overall experience while completing their master's degree at Texas Tech University. Through various activities outside of the classroom, students are exposed to distinctive elements of the business world that propels their graduate education beyond learning.
